LARGE PARTIES
For parties of 7 or more we are unable to split checks by item and a 20% suggested gratuity will be added. We can however divide the check equally among multiple forms of payment. Weber’s Restaurant accepts parties up to 12 during the week and up to 8 on Friday and Saturday nights. Sunday Brunch Buffet reservations are available for up to 16 people.
For parties sizes exceeding our limits, guest are encouraged to make multiple reservations. These reservations will be sat a full 15 minutes apart at different tables. We can not guarantee these tables will be located close to each other. Parties that exceed the restaurant’s limits and wish to be seated together must be booked as a private banquet event through our sales office.
PRIVATE BANQUET EVENT
A private banquet event will not be serviced in the restuarant. Advanced ordering from the banquet menu is required. Room rentals, food and beverage minimums, and deposits may apply. Please contact our sales office to book your event sales@webersannarbor.com.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE FEES
Weber’s requires a $10 credit card deposit per person to secure reservations of 7 people or more for Dinner and Sunday brunch. No-shows, cancellations or changes to guest count less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit.
SPECIAL EVENTS & HOLIDAYS
Weber’s requires a $25 credit card deposit per person to secure reservations on Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, New Years Eve, UofM Graduations, Home Football Games and City-Wide Conventions. No-shows, cancellations or changes to guest count less than 3 days in advance will forfeit the deposit.
OpenTable Reservations are released for booking four months in advanced.
WALK-INS
Feel free to call ahead to inquire whether we are currently accepting walk-ins. The Weber’s bar rail, and the Habitat Bar are available nightly for walk-ins.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Our corkage fee is $25 per bottle; bottles cannot be on our wine list. Our outside cake fee is $5 per person. Instead, please consider ordering a lovely cake from our bakeshop at 734-794-2400 48 hours in advanced.
ATTIRE STANDARDS:
We consider bathing suits and flip flops too casual for our restaurant. The adjoining Habitat Bar is best suited for casual attire.
FAMILY GUIDELINES
Our restaurant is generally not the best environment for young children. We welcome families, but we ask parents to keep children at the table and calm vocal infants or youngsters outside of the dining room.
